Our 2 day classroom based entry level Auto-Electrical course is designed to take the mystery out of electrical systems operation and fault finding. Using circuit boards to build, test and rectify faults the technician can build up a working knowledge of circuit and component operation, by testing and repairing circuits. The aim is to take the technician to a level where they can be comfortable in testing and diagnosing faults in electrical systems. This course leads on to a 2 Day Advanced course which includes Basic Can bus and Diagnostics.
Our 1 day classroom based course is designed to provide technicians with a working knowledge of SCR, DEF, Adblue systems, covering sensors, actuators, high and low pressure EGR. This leads on to a 2 day diagnostic course where the technician will test components and systems for operation, diagnose faults in the system and make recommendations for repair.
Knowing and understanding the communication systems which are fitted to modern vehicles is the basis of correctly diagnosing and rectifying faults. This one day classroom based course provides the basics of the communications systems fitted (Can, LIN, MOST, Flexray); this will build technician knowledge and confidence in the operation of the systems which will allow for improved fault finding diagnosis.
